Shipping Policy.
Every Novara Liera product is packaged with careful attention and craftsmanship.
This means your item is created especially for you once your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality and a personal, intentional touch.
Processing Time
Orders are picked, packed, processed, and shipped within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Although we aim to ship sooner.
Processing begins once your payment has been cleared.
Please note: During busy periods, processing times may extend slightly. If any delays occur, we will always notify you via email.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within:
• United Kingdom (UK)
• Selected international locations, including Ireland and parts of Europe
We’re working on bringing Novara Liera to more regions. If we do not currently deliver to your region, join our mailing list and we’ll let you know as soon as we arrive.
UK Delivery
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your parcel is on its way.
International Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Customers are encouraged to select tracked/signed shipping for security, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed untracked international parcels.
Packaging & Care
Every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and protected to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely. We deeply appreciate your patience and support of our, handcrafted brand.
International Shipping
We offer both Tracked International Shipping and Tracked & Signed International Shipping to selected countries such as: Germany, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, France, Belgium, and Ireland.
Untracked International Shipping
This does not include tracking or insurance. Novara Liera cannot take responsibility for lost, delayed, or undelivered internationals parcels shipped with this method. By selecting untracked shipping at checkout, the customer accepts full responsibility for the delivery risk.
Signed & Tracked International Shipping
This option involves full tracking insurance and we highly recommend choosing this service for peace of mind. Orders shipped with Signed & Tracked delivery are eligible for support if delivery issues arrive.
For all orders, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible, for parcels that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address details. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional postage fee.

Returns & Refund Policy.
Something isn’t quite right…?
Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info.novaraliera@gmail.com. Include your order number, a short note about the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
We’re happy to accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on personalised, customised, or made-to-order pieces. Unless they arrive damaged or faulty. In those cases, we’ll replace or refund them at no extra cost to you.
Change-of-mind Returns
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure it arrives safely back to us. Once received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Damaged Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
We aren’t able to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital downloads.
